SMOKE RIDGE CABIN
Rates
$100 per night, preferably a 3 night minimum
SPECIAL-- 7 nights for $595, plus all taxes
If one wishes to stay longer than one week, call for prices.
Six people will be housed comfortably. If more than six people are staying including small children and babies, this must be approved by the host prior to arrival date. An extra charge per person will be made.
No security deposit nor cleaning fees are charged. We depend on our quests to care for our cabin and to leave it clean and neat as it was. Likewise, we appreciate our guests taking care of the cabin and being responsible for any damages that may occur during their stay.
TERMS: A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit must be received within 14 days of scheduling and the balance is due upon arrival. Cash, Checks, money orders, and travelers checkes are accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS.
Cancellation policy: 30 days notification prior to arrival date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Should one cancel at least 30 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Shortened stays are considered as a cancellation.

DIRECTIONS TO SMOKE RIDGE CABIN
Follow Highway 28 North through Franklin, NC heading towards Bryson City. Travel approximately 13 miles on a beautiful country road. Turn left onto Tellico Road, cross the bridge and turn to the right. Continue 2 miles. Turn left onto Lower Burningtown Road and go approximately 1/2 mile. Once you cross the bridge, turn left onto Smoke RIdge. (Stop at the house at the bottom of this hill and to get the house keyes.) Go 1/4 mile up the dirt road, turn right at the sign, " Smoke Ridge Cabin". Go to the top of the ridge, the cabin will be on one's right.
